Bobcats are medium-size cats that are native to North America, from Canada to Mexico. However, the cats in the north are larger than the ones in the south. Bobcats are hunters that can leap over three meters (9.8 ft) in length, and run up to 50 km/h (31 miles/h) in short bursts. They live from anywhere between 5 to 15 years.
