Healthy Pizza project at the first spring Farmer’s Market in Media Pa.
This drop-in art activity was inspired by Lesson 12 of ArtSphere’s new Creating Legacies through Art book. More than 20 children had a great time making unique pizzas using brown paper bags for the crust and construction paper for the veggie, fruit and special toppings.
Every pizza was different and wonderful! Since the market is across the street from Media Elementary school, we had lots of teachers and parents stop by our table. It was a great opportunity to spread the word about how to download a free
copy of the Creating Legacies through Art book, with 20 appealing and easy to do art lessons for teachers, parents and artists of all ages.
