Happy Earth Day!
Pine cones, like leaves, are part of the tree’s “organs.” They contain the seeds of the tree that spread when the pine cone falls, and a new tree grows from the seeds. As you may guess from the name, pine cones only grow on pine trees. Color and cut out the pine cones and add to your basket with these leaves!
