Today was the last class for our Southwark classes. The students had to complete a post test of the color wheel one last time, but I wanted to make it fun for all their hard work. Both classes drew and colored in their own color wheel. After checking that it was correct, I handed out M&M’s, and they filled in their color wheels using the candy. Afterwards, they were able to eat the M&M’s that they used in their color wheel, which of course was their favorite part. At the end they had some time left, so they turned their color wheel into other pictures including: a robot, a beach ball, and an umbrella. They had a lot of fun in this last class, and they all got 100% on their color wheel post test!
