Hey Everyone!
My name is Candice, and I study painting, with a minor in drawing. I currently gravitate towards interiors and landscapes, but I still enjoy doing little figurative studies in pen from time to time. I make art because of the processes it involves. A work of art is a composition of personal choice and preferences. For me, that means not a single piece of art is wrong or right. In a deeper definition, art forces you to make better and better choices. You can never reach a whole sense of fulfillment, because a pinnacle of perfect choices doesn’t exist. To me that correlates with striving to be a good person.
That is one of the reasons I have become involved in Art Sphere. Making art is personally rewarding, and means different things to different people. Helping others be confident in art making can help in self discovery.
