Silhouettes can be found on a wide range of art objects, such as ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, Greek vases, Italian cameos, French locket paintings, and colonial American portrait miniatures. In this workshop, the students drew each other’s profiles and painted desert landscapes to learn about silhouettes.

Cohocksink Coloring Book Drawing Workshops: Beginning with Drawing Animals Students learned how to draw: Lion from a heart, lioness in profile, panda holding a baby panda, monkey hanging from vine, alligator/crocodile and turtle. Cohocksink Recreation Center
