Marble

A limestone that’s re-crystalized by a process that includes immense heat, pressure, and solutions with water. Marble is used today in various parts of the home, including countertops, backsplash, fireplace, bathroom, etc.

Masonry

The construction of structures built from individual units that are bound together by mortar (a paste that hardens). Some materials used are brick, different stones such as marble, granite, and tile.
