This is a mindfulness course that incorporates movement, breathing techniques, music, and creative expression. The goal is to reduce stress and increase well-being through healthy and fun exercises.
Some examples of what you’ll see in a class: yoga, meditation, chanting, breathing exercises, vocal exercises, creative projects
