Project Title: Skeletons

Descriptions: Students put together paper bones of a skeleton to make a whole skeleton

Vocabulary: Skull, bones, calcium, stomach

Materials: Scissors, glue, construction paper

Anticipatory Set: Discussion of the skeleton

Demo/ Directions:

  1. Cut out all pieces
  2. Connect the pieces by matching the letters and glue them to the construction paper.

Discussion: 
What do the bones need to keep them strong?

Instructional Reflection:
It was great that the children realized where their stomach was in the skeleton.
