Vitamin D helps the body to absorp calcium, assits the body to move, allows the brain to carry messages to the body, and fight against the bacteria with the immune system. Vitamin D is commonly found inside milks, cereals, orange juice, yogurt, and fatty fishes.

Infant: 10 Mcg   Kid: 15 Mcg

Teen: 15 Mcg     Adult: 15 Mcg
