Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of tissue for the body. Producing a protein to make skin and blood vessels. Also, heal wounds and forms scar tissue. Vitamin C could be gained from papaya, chili peppers, strawberries, broccoli, orange, and grapefruit.

Recommended Usage (Milligram)

Infant: 45 Mg   Kid: 25 Mg

Teen: 70 Mg   Adult: 80 Mg
