Vitamin B2 has similar ability as vitamin B1, it helps the body to break down the food into energy. Vitamin B2 also helps to maintain proper eyesight that B1 cannot. It is commonly found in eggs, organ meats, low-fat milk, green vegetables, cereal, bread, and grain products.

Recommended Usage (Milligram)

Infant: 0.3 Mg   Kid: 0.6 Mg

Teen: 1.1 Mg   Adult: 1.2 Mg
