Adjustment (noun) – a small alteration or movement made to achieve a desired fit, appearance, or result.

Bicep (noun) – a large muscle that lies on the front of the upper arm between the shoulder and the elbow.

Excess (noun) – an amount of something that is more than necessary, permitted, or desirable.

Fibers (noun) – a thread or filament from which a vegetable tissue, mineral substance, or textile is formed.

Generating (verb) – cause (something, especially an emotion or situation) to arise or come about.

Homeostasis (noun) – the tendency toward a relatively stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, especially as maintained by physiological processes.

Integrate (verb) – combine (one thing) with another so that they become a whole.

Maintenance (noun) – the process of maintaining or preserving someone or something at a certain level or quantity, or the state of being maintained.
