Mustafa Santiago Ali is an environmental justice activist, well known for his work as a speaker and community liaison. Ali spent 24 years as part of the US Environmental Protection Agency, where he would bring attention to environmental issues and work with various government agencies to come up with solutions. Although he began as a student assistant, he eventually became one of the founding members of the EPA’s Office of Environmental Justice. Ali now works with the Hip Hop Caucus as the Vice President of Climate, Environmental Justice, & Community Revitalization.
