Turks and Caicos Islands are located in the Atlantic, not the Caribbean.

Turks and Caicos Islands’ national animal are the Brown Pelican which is is a large, grayish-brown bird with a blackish belly and a white head and neck. It has a long beak with a thin, membranous pouch.

Turks and Caicos Islands are in North America, with a population of 39,231 people. Its’ capital is Cockburn Town, and the currency is the United States Dollar. The official language is English.
