Harmonica

Harmonica, also known as French harp or harmonica, is a free reed wind instrument used in many music genres worldwide, especially blues, American folk music, classical music, jazz, country music, and rock music. Many types of harmonicas include diatonic, chromatic, tremolo, octave, orchestral, and bass versions. 

The harmonica is a small wind instrument invented and manufactured in Germany in 1821 and its invention is often attributed to Christian Friedrich Ludwig Buschmann.
