“Om” is the sound of all sounds. It is known to be the sound of the Universe. The “om” vibration is powerful and positive and allows you to feel the whole universe. Chanting this divine mantra symbolically and physically tunes us into that sound and acknowledges our connection to everything in the world and the Universe. This is very soothing to our nervous system.
