Maps to Our Career Goals; Valentine’s Day Dalmatians

At the Towey Recreation Center, students made Valentine’s Day Dalmatians on behalf of the upcoming holiday. They used their imagination to draw the body of  the Dalmatian, and then they decorated it with black cutout ears, black hearts for the spots, and a heart for the nose. This project really brought out their creativity and artistic ability because they had to draw the majority of the dog.

They also created career maps for how they would reach their goal. This was an interesting project because the students were able to see their goal on paper and how they would get there. I think this is important because it can start them thinking about their future.
