Now that Spring is finally upon us, we are writing curriculum and planning classes to promote a greater awareness and responsibility to recycle. Join us to make art through recycling on Fridays, April 5-26, from 3-6 p.m. at Cohocksink Recreation Center; April 6, 10-1 p.m. for Lemon Street Playground Cleanup; April 13, 10-1 p.m. for Fishtown Recreation Center Philly Spring Clean up; and Open Studios, April 27 and 28, from 12-6 p.m. to get free art lesson plans that incorporate recycling as well as make your own craft. Celebrate Earth Day on April 22! Create, inspire, dream, make, thank, wish, have faith through art projects and learn ways to recycle objects to make art!
